The Carezza Deluxe manual coffee machine from Gaggia combines professional heritage with the latest technology to delight you with authentic Italian espresso from the comfort of your own home. The stylish vintage design is complemented by a pre-brewing system, a coffee filter for ground coffee, a steam attachment, and a boiler temperature gauge. It features a Gaggia patented pressurized filter holder “Perfect Crema” that extracts the best aroma and crema emulsion. The innovative system, built into the double-walled Gaggia portafilter, which makes mechanical preinfusion into any cup. It is a function that lasts only few seconds and it is the one that revives all the properties of coffee before extracting by preparing it for the perfectly balanced extraction. With this process the coffee «blooms» and releases all the flavors and aromas you will find in your cup.

Pre-brewing system

For a more intense flavour, it is possible to select the pre-brewing option to moisten ground coffee before the actual brewing. In this way, a wider range of coffee aromas will unfold.

Coffee Ground and Coffee Pods

Gaggia Carezza Deluxe comes with a filter for 1 or 2 cups of ground coffee and a special filter for ESE (easy serve espresso) pods.

The machine alerts you when it is time to descale it, to ensure a perfect maintenance.

Cleaning Cycle

The machine activates an automatic rinsing cycle of the coffee circuit when you turn it on, or when it automatically shuts off. This ensures a better cleaning of the parts and a longer product life.
