All shipments are made daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to the address of your choice throughout Greece, using partner courier companies. Delivery occurs within 1-5 days depending on the store's workload for in-stock products. For out-of-stock products, the store will inform you of the shipping times.
For orders over €60, shipping is free, except for products exceeding 3 kg, whether in actual or volumetric weight. Orders exceeding this limit and up to 6 kg are charged €3 regardless the price. For each kilogram above 6 kg, an additional €1 is charged. For items over 15 kg, products are sent via a freight company chosen by the store and delivered to the freight company's depot at the destination, with costs communicated to the customer. These shipments take 2-5 days. In case of any delays, the store will contact you promptly with information.
For international orders, the customer must first create or log into their account on the website, which includes address details, allowing shipping costs to be calculated automatically. International shipments are processed after the required payment and are also dispatched within 1-5 days depending on the store's workload for in-stock products, with delivery times varying across different countries.
Pickup from our store for online orders placed through our website is possible after phone communication between the store and the customer.
