The Tiamo Coffee Syphon is not only fun and exciting to use, but it also produces a clean, crisp cup that showcases the distinct qualities of coffee.
Simply place water in the bottom globe and heat it with the burner. The water vapor forces the water into the top chamber, where the coffee grounds are placed. Give the grounds a couple of good stirs. The brewing time should take between 45 and 90 seconds. Once brewing is complete, remove the heat, and the coffee is syphoned back down to the bottom globe. Remove the top chamber, and your coffee is ready to serve.
Pay attention to every sip, as the next one will be different; the flavor changes as the temperature changes.
