Origin-Description: Since 2010, barista-shop.gr, in collaboration with one of the most reliable roasters in the Greek market and with the help of a successful barista, has created a special blend of 100% Arabica from selected varieties with a familiar flavor profile. The blend consists of Brazil Mogiana and Colombia Bucaramanga, aiming to offer daily enjoyment for both coffee and latte drinks. It is a well-balanced blend, with mild acidity and full body, awakening flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and nuts, with a pleasant finish and intense aftertaste. During the cupping process, it was observed that this blend retains its characteristics even after cooling, making it ideal for cold beverages as well.

Usage: Choose either espresso beans or ground coffee specifically prepared for the brewing method you use. Available grinding options: Gaggia-Moka.
